What if your body’s been trying to tell you something all along—but no one ever taught you how to listen?
That feeling… that gut knowing… has been the thread through my entire career. And looking back, I can see now: I’ve been building a new way of seeing all along—one that makes sense of what so many of us have felt, but haven’t been able to name.
This post is different.
It’s not just about my work.
It’s about the story underneath it.
Because if you’re here, you deserve to know who you’re trusting with your story.
From Engineering to Healing
I didn’t start in healthcare.
I started in engineering—because I loved solving problems. But something didn’t fit. I needed people. I needed connection. So I pivoted to physical therapy.
Even back then, I didn’t have the language for nervous system dysregulation. But I could feel that something deeper was driving people’s pain—and no one was talking about it.
One of my first clients came in for shoulder pain. We followed the standard protocol—stretching, strengthening—but something didn’t add up. Every time he lifted his arm, I noticed he shifted his weight to his right leg.
So I asked him if he had low back pain. He said yes—he’d had it since childhood.
I treated his low back.
And just like that, his shoulder pain resolved.
It wasn’t just his shoulder. It was his whole system.
Asking Deeper Questions
Within the first year of being a PT, I already knew surface-level treatments weren’t enough. So I opened my first clinic—and kept asking deeper questions.
That’s how I found craniosacral therapy, functional medicine, and eventually, nutrition response testing. Each one gave me a new way to listen—until eventually, I started to see the nervous system as the key.
What I didn’t realize at the time was that I was also building something else:
A way of working rooted in integrity, empathy, and deep care.
Because yes, I’m highly trained. But what sets me apart is how I show up.
I don’t just treat dysfunction—I hold space in it. I stay with you in it. And I hold direction through it.
Because I take excellent care of myself.
My boundaries are clear. My life is congruent.
The way I live behind the scenes matches what I teach in my work.
Loss, Motherhood, and the First Cracks
Losing my mom was the first big crack in the foundation. It reminded me how fragile life is—and pulled me back to what really matters.
After she died, I didn’t just want to work—I wanted to do work that meant something.
That’s when I started building what would become the foundation of my business:
A place where real healing happens.
Where people are seen, not just treated.
Where what you feel in your gut actually matters.
Motherhood deepened that even more. My son was only three weeks old when they recommended reflux medication. But everything in me said no. That moment reminded me how important it is to trust yourself—even when the experts don’t see what you see.
That’s how I found nutrition response testing. And I’ve never looked back.
Long COVID, Collapse, and Revelation
Years later, during long COVID, everything I knew was tested.
I had the tools, the knowledge, the support—and still, I couldn’t bounce back.
The fatigue was so intense, it made it hard to hear my body. And even harder to respond.
I found myself trying to think my way through healing. But it wasn’t working. That’s when it clicked:
I’d been watching my body for decades—but I hadn’t fully named what I was watching.
It wasn’t until my nervous system was completely offline that I could finally see the system underneath the symptoms.
Through the Veil
And then I lost my brother.
It was one of the most devastating moments of my life.
Immediately, I saw it:
My energy tank slammed to zero.
And just as quickly, I could see the code.
Patterns. Signals. Truths that had always been there.
It was like I had crossed through the veil—and suddenly, I could see with complete clarity.
As I struggled to come up for air, I could feel God aligning something deeper.
I’ve trusted God at every turn.
And when I look back, I can see His hand in every next step.
This was no different.
It wasn’t just a loss.
It was a calling.
A Sacred Assignment
That’s what this next chapter is.
Not just education. Not just content.
A sacred assignment.
One I’ve never worked harder—or more from the heart—to fulfill.
If all you saw was my logo, I hope it would tell you something important.
At the center is a heart, like a seed.
Wrapped around it is a vine with three leaves—body, mind, and spirit.
It’s also the holy trinity. And it’s me, you, and us.
That heart? It’s the heart I bring to everything I do.
I plant seeds—of truth, of care, of clarity.
And I water them, until you feel ready to take over.
Because when you understand what’s happening inside you,
You start to care for yourself differently.
You begin to heal in a way that actually sticks.
What Comes Next
Now, I’m taking this work beyond my clinic—into the world through education and teaching.
The framework I’ve been using quietly for decades now has a name, a shape, and a way to be shared.
Because it’s time more people had access to a healing path that actually makes sense.
If you’ve been doing all the right things—but something still feels off…
You’re not wrong.
You just haven’t had the full picture yet.
That’s what we’re going to change.
Healing doesn’t start with doing more.
It starts with seeing more clearly.
