Your symptoms aren’t random. They’re your body’s way of speaking—and I’ll teach
you how to understand what it’s saying.

This episode was sparked by a conversation I had with two different clients—both
facing serious health conditions, but both deeply resistant to changing their lifestyle.
And it made me reflect on something that many women struggle with: we try so
many things to feel better—but we don’t have a process in place to know what’s actually working.

So in today’s episode, we’re going to zoom out.

Just like in research or in a clinical trial, we need a control to track meaningful
change. We need to know where we’re starting from so we can evaluate if the
changes we’re trying are helping. If we skip this step—if we try supplements or new
routines or trendy health tips without knowing our own baseline—we stay stuck in
trial-and-error mode. And that is frustrating and costly.

Let’s use brain fog as an example.

For many women 45+, brain fog is a constant but unclear symptom. To make
progress, we need to gather some basic personal data:

  • Do I feel foggy every day? If so, when does it start? Morning? Afternoon?
  • If not every day, what happened 48 hours before a foggy day?
  • Is the fog linked to specific activities—like passwords, conversations, names?
  • Does it come and go during my cycle? (Yes, even post-menopause, symptoms can cycle!)

Once we have this data, we start to see patterns.

Maybe it’s worse on Wednesdays after a poor night’s sleep. Or maybe it’s linked to
skipping breakfast. Maybe it’s hormonal. This self-awareness creates your personal
“control”—your baseline.

From there, we test.

Try one change. Maybe a magnesium supplement. Or a different sleep schedule.
Then, observe. Did anything shift in the days you normally struggle? This is how we
track real impact.

It’s the opposite of guesswork.

I’ve been working with women like this for 30 years—high-achieving, intuitive,
intelligent women who’ve tried everything. And the game-changer always comes
when we stop grabbing random solutions and start listening to the body with
intention.

If you’ve been collecting supplements without knowing if they’re doing anything… If
you’ve felt foggy, sluggish, or off but haven’t been sure how to explain it…

This process will change the way you relate to your body.

Start today. Track a single symptom—brain fog, sleep, digestion—and notice the
trends. You’ll be amazed what clarity starts to come.
